Privacy
Policy.

This policy explains what Adverlot collects, why it is used, who receives it and what choices you have during the marketplace pilot.

1. Information we collect

  • Account: email address, display name, roles, account status and authentication records.
  • Marketplace: listing details, photos, approximate or exact location, availability, campaign brief and messages.
  • Campaign evidence: proof images, notes, capture time, file metadata and location information you choose or are required to submit.
  • Payments: transaction identifiers, amount, currency and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Adverlot.
  • Support and safety: tickets, disputes, attachments, decisions and audit history.
  • Technical: IP address, request identifiers, device/browser information, security logs and basic usage analytics.

2. Why we use it

We use personal information to provide accounts and bookings, process and reconcile payments, verify campaign delivery, prevent fraud and abuse, handle disputes, communicate service messages, improve reliability and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the marketplace, consent, or compliance with law.

3. When information is shared

  • Advertisers and hosts receive information reasonably necessary to perform their shared booking.
  • Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers transactional email; infrastructure and analytics providers process technical data for Adverlot.
  • Professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement may receive information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor may receive data in a merger, financing or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Adverlot does not sell personal information or use campaign proofs for unrelated behavioural advertising.

4. Public and precise location data

Published listings may show a city, area, route or approximate location. Do not publish a home address or precise private location in a listing. Exact proof location is visible only to authorised campaign participants and administrators unless disclosure is required for a dispute or by law.

5. Retention

Account and marketplace data is kept while the account is active. Booking, payment, dispute and audit records may be retained for up to seven years where reasonably needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. Unused login links expire quickly. Proof files and support records are deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary, subject to active disputes and legal holds.

6. Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted infrastructure, hashed one-time login tokens and audit records. No system is perfectly secure. The service and its providers may process information outside your country, including Thailand, the European Economic Area and the United States, with safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and complain to your local data-protection authority. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when needed for an active booking, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Submit a private support request with category “Account”. We may verify your identity before acting.

8. Cookies and analytics

Adverlot uses a secure session cookie required to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly and restricted to same-site use. We may use limited first-party or infrastructure analytics to understand performance and traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the current pilot.

9. Children and changes

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We may update this policy as the pilot evolves and will display the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.

10. Contact

Use Adverlot support for privacy questions or rights requests. The operator identity and jurisdiction-specific contact details shown during onboarding or checkout supplement this policy.
