Refunds &
cancellations.

Our goal is a practical outcome based on timing, work already completed and the evidence in the campaign record.

1. Before host acceptance

A booking request can expire or be declined without charge. No campaign is confirmed until the host accepts and the advertiser pays.

2. After payment, before production

  • If the host cancels or cannot provide the agreed surface, the advertiser is entitled to a full refund.
  • If the advertiser cancels before the host has incurred documented production or material cost, Adverlot will normally issue a full refund.
  • If approved custom materials or production have already begun, documented non-recoverable costs may be deducted and paid to the party that incurred them.

3. Once a campaign has started

Completed campaign days are normally non-refundable. If delivery stops early, Adverlot may refund the undelivered portion and reasonably allocate verified production costs. Material differences in location, route, duration, surface or approved creative may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on severity.

4. Weather, safety and events outside control

The parties should first try to reschedule. If safe performance becomes impossible due to severe weather, official restrictions, accident, venue closure or another event outside reasonable control, Adverlot may approve replacement dates, credit or a refund for the undelivered portion. A host must never continue unsafe activity merely to avoid a cancellation.

5. Proof and disputes

The advertiser must inspect submitted proof and report a material problem through support before the displayed review period expires. Opening a support ticket alone does not freeze payout; use “Open formal dispute” inside the ticket when the issue affects payment. Adverlot may consider late reports where fraud, safety or a hidden defect could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.

6. Refund timing

Once approved, Adverlot submits the refund to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when it appears, commonly within 5–10 business days. Currency conversion differences and fees imposed by the user's bank may not be recoverable.

7. Chargebacks and abuse

Contact support before initiating a chargeback so the campaign record can be reviewed. Fraudulent evidence, repeated bad-faith claims or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension and recovery of related costs where permitted by law.

8. How to request help

Open a private support request, select “Payment or refund”, attach the booking and explain the requested outcome. Safety issues should be marked urgent. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
